Bicton Place Dental Surgery
Bicton Dental Practice was at a stage when it needed to re-clarify it’s identity, strengthen its branding and start promoting itself as a newly privatised dental practice with different values. We worked closely with them to set out a clear client communication plan which included information on the privatisation and their aims and plans for the future. We worked with them on:
- Various mailings to help keep their patients informed
- A new website
- Practice stationery including a Practice leaflet, a Practice price list, letterhead, comp slips and business cards
- helping achieve the BDA Good Practice Scheme and Denplan Excel accreditations
- A regular, vibrant newsletter giving patients more information, staff updates, promotions etc
- Social Media
They are now confident about their brand, their customer communications are frequent and regular and their core values clear. They have an active Twitter presence. We continue to work closely with this client.
