Quantock Veterinary Hospital
Quantock Veterinary Hospital is a successful and busy veterinary hospital in Somerset but was looking to modernise its branding and image and start more actively promoting what it does best. We worked closely with them and:
- Refreshed their branding ensuring a consistent style throughout their communications
- Set up and ran customer focus groups - helping to identify strengths and weaknesses from a client perspective and to identify some good opportunities.
We then helped implement many of the findings including:
- Working with the team on a regular customer newsletter
- Creating a brand new, fully Content Managed website
- Designed and printed practice stationery including letterhead, comp slips and business cards
- Suggested and created regular PR stories communicated to the media to encourage raising their profile
- Created a corporate brochure, folder and various customer group information sheets.
- Contact 'Pet of the Month' clients regularly and create a feature for the website and occasional PR.
There is still more to do but the hospital is now confident in its branding and style. The whole team think proactively now about their marketing and how to raise their profile in a positive manner over the year. We will continue to work with this client.

Bicton Dental Practice
Bicton Dental Practice was at a stage when it needed to re-clarify it's identity, strengthen its branding and start promoting itself as a newly privatised dental practice with different values. We worked closely with them to set out a clear client communication plan which included information on the privatisation and their aims and plans for the future. We worked with them on:
